1. TOO MUCH CARE:
If a person is too much caring towards his or her loved ones, they will try to do things in the most perfect manner. Even if he or she has not done so, they still keep on thinking of the process of past.
2. STATE OF DEPRESSION:
Doesn’t matter male or female, if a person is in depression they keep on thinking the same thing. They try to find the source of information which can assure their concerns but remains in vain as they get trapped in the vicious circle of repetitive thought process. That can even trigger suicidal tendencies.
3. Excessive self -consciousness :
They keep on thinking how they are looking, how’s their social status. They keep on thinking over other people’s opinion.
In this state, person remains in perplexed state of mind. They find it difficult to make their mind while choosing from options. They completely lack peace of mind.
5. ANY TRAUMA:
Overthinking can be triggered by traumatic experience like physical abuse or mental abuse which can have absolutely long- term effects.
